We are developing a full trip planning solution that bridges the gap between inspiration, trip planning and trip execution, with monetization as a natural step in the planning process. Our product strategy is to start by creating the best planning solution for multi-destination trips. These trips are difficult to plan and rich with pieces that can be monetized. The components of the product are an itinerary planner, a daily planner, a mobile app, and custom packages around users' planned trips. The custom packages provide a multi-vendor price comparison so users don't need to look anywhere else to order the pieces for their trip. Our solution is composed of cutting-edge technology, quality data, deep customer understanding and engaging UX.
After a year of iterations and 50K users, we have arrived at a product users love. We grew 8x over the past three months.
